Good location, clean and quiet room, friendly and polite staff, quick check-in, allowed for later check-out, held bags for us.

Conveniently located near public transportation, with easy access to the airport express train and MTR station. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly Alan and Pearl. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good quality food in the restaurant. Prompt and responsive service, as evidenced by items being sent back to the US and accommodations for a later check-out. Adequately equipped gym with a great view of the harbor.

I stayed on the 10th floor with a great view of the city and partial view of the water. The room was elegant and the staff was very nice. The hotel provided 2 bottles of water daily and there was a convenient restaurant with a delicious breakfast and dinner buffet. The hotel also offered a free shuttle to piers and train stations, making it easy to explore this city.

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and the bay. There were plenty of shopping centers and restaurants nearby, making it a convenient place to stay. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the piers and train stations, which was a nice bonus.

They were very attentive and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including a mini-bar, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we loved the rain shower in the bathroom.

If you're planning to explore Kowloon districts like Mong Kok, taking a bus may be faster than using the subway. The rooms are comfortable with modern bathrooms and nice beds. The service is fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff like Willy and Gideon. They provide great recommendations and address any concerns promptly.

The value for money may not be the best, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

The Lounge Team at Courtyard were great too make our stay enjoyable. Cici and Jamie provided really good service, our comfort and maximizing our enjoyment. Their dedication and attention to detail made a lasting impression.
